The employee documentation is applicable for anybody who is completing work at a club or location level. The type of work an employee can complete includes stock reconciliation and management, purchase order creation and approvals, order receiving, and report running.

Employee Types

There are multiple permission levels of employees depending on the intended capabilities for the user.

Permission Type

Permission Overview

Employee

A standard user of Huzzard Inventory who is assigned to one or multiple locations, and has the ability to reconcile stock, receive orders, and request purchase orders.

Member Experience Manager

An employee who is assigned to one or multiple locations, and has the ability to reconcile stock, receive orders, and run reports.

Operations Manager

An employee with the same permissions as an employee, but with the ability to review, submit and reject requested purchase orders.

Regional / District Operations Manager

An employee with the same permissions as an operations manager, but with permission to view locations across a single or multiple districts.
